Job summary

Athleta in San Diego is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate on products, and create a best-in-class experience using an omni-channel approach.

You will work with leadership to meet store goals, support sales floor and operations, and promote loyalty programs while delivering respectful, energetic service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with retail passion and the ability to lift up to 30

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Retail experience in fast-paced environments.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
Drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
Handle all customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
