Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in stores. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest and be the face of our company, proud to embody AE and Aerie values while sharing the brand love.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and help across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. We reward energy, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You have or can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help your colleagues get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
