Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Cape Girardeau, MO, seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life. You’ll engage guests, educate them on product details, and drive brand loyalty while representing our values and the REAL you.

You’ll rotate through Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service and assisting guests during evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Comfort explaining product details and making recommendations
• Willingness to promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
• Flexible to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom
• Solve guest concerns while following policy and procedures
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Integrity and adherence to AEO policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and build rapport to help them find products
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest matches
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy
• Collaborate with team to get the job done
• Uphold integrity and company policies in daily tasks
