Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Minnetonka, MN is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through personal style and genuine connections. You’ll engage customers, share enthusiasm for products, and help create an authentic, fun shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining an inviting, on-brand salesfloor, restocking and styling displays, and helping customers shop across in-store and online channels with a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility for scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Make shopping seamless through restocking and arranging displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers whether in-store or online.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to learn and adapt daily.
• Work as a team and support colleagues to create a positive store environment.
