URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life on the sales floor.

You’ll connect with customers, stay on top of product drops, and help create an authentic, fun shopping experience tied to pop culture and personal style. You’ll engage customers with genuine energy, assist with restocking and displays, and use in-store tech to support shopping across channels.

Qualificações

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.

• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
• Work as a Team: support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
