Urban Outfitters in Santa Barbara is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through personal style, authentic conversations, and a passion for fashion and pop culture. You’ll help customers have a memorable shopping experience, stay in the know on product drops, restock displays, and use in-store tech to support shoppers across channels.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with your individuality and knowledge of trends.
• Create energy on the sales floor through authentic conversations with customers.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking and styling displays to keep the store on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to assist shoppers across shopping modes and channels.
• Stay curious, flexible, and ready to learn as needs change.
