Urban Outfitters is seeking Brand Ambassadors at our Santa Barbara store to bring the brand to life through authentic customer interactions and on-trend styling. You’ll engage shoppers, share product drops, and help keep the store energized and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
