Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives in Freehold, NJ to bring our store experience to life. You will engage customers, help them find what they need, and maintain an inviting store environment.

You’ll provide friendly service, assist with product replenishment, and handle purchases, returns, and exchanges. You’ll also support online orders and in-store pickup to create a seamless omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders.
