Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring Brand Representatives to bring our store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing our brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all.

You’ll assist customers with styling across categories, keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, handle purchases and returns at the cash wrap, and support online orders for a seamless omni-channel experience, including in-store pickup and ship-from-store.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online orders and omni-channel experiences including Save the Sale, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store.
