Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Toledo, OH to bring the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, share product knowledge, and build loyalty with each guest, while representing our company values with your REAL self.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, assist on the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, and work with a friendly team to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and offer suitable suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
