Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brand sales and clientele goals.
• Build the business by achieving sales targets and growing guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service and engage guests with personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brands.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and participate in promotions and trainings.
