Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. Be the face of Mondelēz in stores, build relationships with team members, stock shelves, and ensure products are always in stock and well displayed.

The role requires daily store visits, use of iPad and Salesforce for ordering, and adherence to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to perform repetitive lifting and move up to 25 lbs; occasionally 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Shelbyville, IN; secondary locations include Batesville, Osgood, Milan, IN.
• Open availability including one weekend day; Start time 06:00 AM.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility and in-stock conditions.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain shelf and display in-stock levels.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM-compliant plans.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM and management.
• Work safely; perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving products.
