Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are easy to find for shoppers.

You\'ll visit retailers daily, capture display photos via DMI, and place orders using Salesforce. Open availability including weekends and holidays is required; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• In-store merchandising and retail execution experience.
• Able to lift/move products up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lbs.
• Valid driver\'s license and access to own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Open availability including weekends/holidays; start early morning.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Be the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture display photos and ensure execution per DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
• Work safely, including lifting, bending, and moving products as needed.
