Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent the brand in-store, stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are available where customers expect them. The role focuses on exceptional shopper experiences and collaboration with store teams.

You will manage product ordering via iPad, support promotions, and follow RTM plans to maximize visibility and sales across Auburn, WA area stores. Driving is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lb moves.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
