Job summary

Mondelēz International in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in local stores.

You will stock shelves, set up displays, place orders via iPad and Salesforce, and maintain in-stock conditions while visiting multiple stores on a 15-20 hour weekly schedule starting early. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, comfortable working independently, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI and using Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
