Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to be the frontline face of our snack brands. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure shoppers find their favorites like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in peak condition.

Based at Delaware, OH, you will visit stores on a set route, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and collaborate with store personnel to maximize in-store visibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive to multiple store locations.
• Experience in retail or grocery environments is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos with DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place product orders via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management team.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
