Job summary

Adrenaline Agency seeking a Design Project Manager to lead environmental design and branded space projects from discovery to handoff. You will coordinate across Account Management, Strategy, Brand Design, and Production to keep scope, schedules, and budgets healthy.

The role requires 3+ years in environmental design project management, strong communication, and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset. Experience with banking/financial clients and agency environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in environmental design, branded environments, experiential design, or related fields.
• Understanding of environmental design delivery from strategy through design development and handoff.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and change orders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans that define scope, timing, budget, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, and decision points.
• Engage cross-functional teams to align requirements, responsibilities, and delivery plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, risks, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proactive communication on status, risks, and recommendations with clarity and empathy.
• Deliver projects through design completion and handoff with quality checks before client review.
