Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a Brand Operations Representative to support Brand Engagement projects across Spurs organizations. This part-time, entry-level role assists the Associate Production Manager from ideation through execution, coordinating calendars, logistics, digital assets, and cross-functional information.

You will work across teams in a fast-paced setting, requiring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Project Management, Film, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• Entry-level position; prior professional experience is not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of Brand Engagement projects from ideation through completion.
• Coordinate calendars for multiple teams and manage logistics.
• Support administration of the Brand Engagement digital assets system.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform project decisions.
• Prepare information for content initiative meetings and follow-up.
• Assist in prioritizing work and maximizing project efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
