Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and organize processes within area to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate team to maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in assigned area.
• Ensure product replenishment from stockroom to sales floor.
• Minimize loss by implementing, monitoring, and tracking loss prevention activities.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of a senior leader (opening/closing procedures).
• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales using adidas customer service model.
