Job summary

gorjana in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager to lead our flagship store, drive performance, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach your team, manage daily operations, inventory, schedules, and visual merchandising to maintain top KPIs. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 plus commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance and KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard and develop store talent.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer experience.
• Execute daily store operations, scheduling and inventory per SOPs.
