• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to bend, reach, lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the Madewell brand.
• Drive sales while meeting or exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist in store tasks and operations as assigned by management, including product and inventory activities.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the store leadership.
