Lilly Pulitzer in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Retail Associate under Brand Strategy. You will greet customers, present merchandise in line with the Lilly Pulitzer lifestyle, and build a personal client book while learning the EREG POS system. The role requires a four-year degree preferred but not required; retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred but not required.
• Retail sales experience is required.
• Knowledge of Lilly Pulitzer brand and merchandise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand Lilly Pulitzer concept including lifestyle, customer, merchandise and heritage.
• Greet customers and provide sales assistance to sell merchandise.
• Know merchandise on the floor and suggest items to customers.
• Provide merchandising ideas to management to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book and maintain customer relationships.
• Use EREG POS system for routine transactions and inventory tasks.
• Open/close registers and safeguard store assets.
• Assist in cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Operate store per company policies and contribute to growth ideas.
