Job summary

7 For All Mankind in San Marcos, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, recruiting and coaching, and ensuring brand standards are followed.

The role requires 4+ years retail sales and at least 2 years in management, strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll and loss prevention while maintaining store goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in luxury retail.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage store operations and cash handling.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales goals while driving individual performance.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations in the absence of the Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences by styling customers and representing the brand.
• Recruit, train and motivate team to maximize sales productivity.
• Ensure policies, procedures and deadlines are followed and store standards maintained.
• Support payroll and scheduling within guidelines.
• Communicate goals and updates with Store Manager.
• Assist with loss prevention and audits.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
