Actus Nutrition seeks a Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator to strengthen daily marketing operations with a focus on visual branding and digital content. You will work on social posts, campaigns, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency and high design quality.

Using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, you will drive content across social channels, campaigns, and events, including webinars and trade shows.

Competenze

Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe CS (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Premiere a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple design and marketing projects with high attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into design/content improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication.
CRM or Analytics experience (HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Experience with WordPress websites.

Mansioni

Design digital and print materials such as social posts, brochures, sales sheets, ads, signage, and emails.
Maintain brand consistency and create visually engaging designs and concepts.
Develop content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing.
Manage social media schedule and content publishing; suggest new ideas to increase engagement.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards for layout, color, and typography.
Support webinars, including planning and promotion.
Design and place digital ads on LinkedIn and other digital platforms to increase traffic and improve brand perceptions.
Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media tools to track performance and adjust campaigns.
Collaborate on website development project, and support content publishing on Actus.com
Create and manage promotional materials and event assets such as trade shows and webinars.
Manage photo and video projects as needed.
Maintain organized content libraries, brand guidelines, and templates for team use.
Improve processes and systems to increase efficiency, collaboration, and content sharing.
