Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator to support daily marketing operations with a strong emphasis on graphic design, branding, and digital content creation.

The role requires hands-on use of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. You will contribute to social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials while collaborating on webinars, tradeshows, and website updates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience in marketing materials design, branding, and digital content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM/Analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics) and WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as social posts, brochures, ads, and emails.
• Maintain brand consistency and create visually engaging designs and concepts.
• Develop content for social media, emails, blogs, and digital marketing.
• Manage social media schedule and content publishing; propose engagement ideas.
• Support webinars and promotional events; collaborate on website updates.
