Job summary

Runlayer, a startup focused on enterprise AI platforms, is seeking its first Brand Designer to define and scale the Runlayer brand across web and in-person surfaces. You will own decisions, set a high bar, and build a cohesive brand system while keeping pace with a startup.

You’ll partner with marketing and product design to deliver impact across the company, reporting to the VP of Marketing and shaping the Brand Design function at Runlayer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining or evolving a brand.
• Ability to work as a solo designer within a collaborative marketing team.
• Strong opinions with openness to feedback and detail orientation.
• Comfort creating across web, campaigns, print, events, decks, and motion.
• Interest in building AI tooling to scale brand work.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand execution across marketing, web, events, and sales.
• Own end-to-end brand redesign, including agency selection.
• Design sales enablement materials like decks and templates.
• Design marketing assets: OG cards, webpages, social posts, trade show booth, swag.
• Build generative AI brand tools and templates to speed work.
• Collaborate with product design to align brand and product quality.
• Hire production designer or contractors as needed.
