Job summary

Runlayer is seeking its first brand designer to shape and launch a scalable brand system across web and in‑person surfaces. You will own brand decisions, set a high standard, and work with marketing and product design to elevate the brand at startup pace.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will craft cohesive visual stories, create sales and marketing materials, and develop tools that accelerate brand work while resonating with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

  • Track record defining or evolving a brand.
  • Comfort as a solo designer within a collaborative team.
  • Strong opinions, open to feedback, fast yet detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand execution across marketing, web, events, and sales.
  • Design decks, one-pagers, templates for enablement.
  • Create marketing materials: OG cards, webpages, social content.
  • Build AI brand tools, templates and standards.
  • Partner with product design to unite brand and product.
