Job summary

Neros, a defense technology company, is seeking a Brand Designer. You will own visual design execution across our marketing ecosystem, translating briefs into campaigns for web, social, email, collateral, decks, print, events, and OOH.

You will build a brand system and execute across channels. You should be hands-on, comfortable leading across surfaces, collaborating with Web & Digital Experience Designer, and delivering assets that reinforce our identity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in brand design.
• Strong capability to translate briefs into visual design across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of design requests with varying complexity and urgency.
• Experience building and evolving a brand system across digital and physical surfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate design intent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Neros’ brand system across digital and physical surfaces.
• Build and maintain brand assets in Figma, including illustration libraries and components.
• Design across digital channels, collaborating with Web & Digital Experience Designer.
• Lead design/layout for business development collateral and client presentations.
• Lead environmental design for events, trade shows, and office spaces.
• Lead merch design including sample QA and file handoffs.
