Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA is seeking a Brand Designer to elevate our visual identity across web, social, and collateral. You will build a scalable brand system and execute across multiple channels with hands-on craft.
The role requires 5+ years in brand design, mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication. You will partner with Web & Digital Experience Designer and lead design for events and BD materials.
Neros is a defense technology company building America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.
As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems America and its allies needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter future conflicts, or else win them. We’re building a lean Marketing organization of creatives and operators who want to move fast, take extreme ownership, build a brand from the ground up, and tell the Neros story.
Sitting within the Marketing organization, Neros’ Brand Designer is responsible for visual design execution across Neros’ Marketing ecosystem. You’ll ingest strategic and creative briefs to bring our campaigns to life across our web, social, email, biz dev collateral, board decks, print, trade show, environments, and out of home assets.
This role is for someone who both wants to build a brand system, and execute through it. We’re not looking for an armchair art director – you should be deeply invested in your craft, and be hands-on across all channels.
$111,000 – $155,000 USD
