Job summary

Neros, a defense technology company, seeks a Brand Designer within its Marketing organization to build and execute our brand system across web, print, events, and collateral. You will translate strategy into visual language and ensure consistency across channels.

You must be hands-on with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, bring 5+ years in brand design (defense/tech preferred), and manage multiple design requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in brand design, preferably in defense or related tech sectors.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to manage a pipeline of design requests with varying urgency.
• Work from a brand platform and evolve design language with guard rails.
• Experience with automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate design choices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Neros' brand system across digital and physical surfaces.
• Build and maintain brand assets in Figma including libraries, icons, typography, and components.
• Design across digital channels and collaborate with Web & Digital Experience Designer.
• Lead design for business development collateral like catalogs and client decks.
• Lead environmental design for events, trade shows, and office spaces.
• Lead merch design including file hand-offs and QA with vendors.
