Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Brand Designer to flawlessly execute brand designs across multiple channels. You will take projects from design through production for digital, print, social, and video, collaborating with art and copy partners to elevate the brand remotely.

You will work with Sr. Brand Designer or Associate Creative Director, develop visuals, maintain standards, and help guide video editors. A strong portfolio and 3+ years of design experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years’ directly related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with design at an agency or in‑house team.
• A diverse portfolio showing strong aesthetic POV, ideally including brand identity, video, print, digital, and social, beauty and/or medical aesthetics industry experience.
• Intimate knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• UX/UI design experience, as well as working knowledge of front‑end web technologies (HTML, CSS, working in Salesforce email platform).
• Working knowledge of video (e.g., Premiere, After Effects) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).

Responsabilidades

• Takes direction from Sr. Brand Designer or Associate Creative Director to develop layouts and visual solutions for print, social, digital, and video.
• Effectively partners with Copy to bring brand narratives to life visually.
• Responds to inspiration and feedback to deliver fresh design ideas.
• Maintain brand visual standards and consistent identity across projects.
• Create storyboards turning concepts into visual stories and guide video editors.
• Assist in photo/video shoot prep including background, wardrobe, makeup styling.
• Prepare files for print/digital production with vendor-ready specs.
• Proactively manage workload and assets library.
