Job summary

Jaycon Systems, LLC is seeking a senior graphic designer to own brand identity, art direction and the visual language across marketing, campaigns and publications. You will translate technical and manufacturing services into compelling visuals, working with Marketing, Sales, Project Management and Engineering.

This remote role requires 6+ years of experience, advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a strong portfolio in brand systems, motion graphics and UI/UX visuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional graphic design experience, including brand-level work.
• Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven experience building or maintaining a brand identity system (brand book, typography, color, iconography, layout, composition).
• Strong social media design and motion graphics skills; ability to edit short-form video.
• Solid presentation and editorial layout skills.
• Web graphics experience and UI/UX sensibility; proficiency in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Identity & Art Direction across Jaycon channels and campaigns.
• Design digital content for social media and integrated campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, reels and video assets for marketing.
• Develop visuals for web pages, banners and landing pages with brand consistency.
• Produce images, infographics and layouts for blogs, magazines and publications.
• Create templates and organize design resources for reuse.
