Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and digital storytelling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating motion graphics for web, mobile apps, and digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and interaction design.
• Experience developing storyboards, animatics, and production-ready assets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design System Development: establish motion design principles and standards for a rebranded identity.
• Brand Asset Refresh: modernize assets and templates to align with updated visuals.
• Motion Graphics Content Creation: conceptualize and produce original motion graphics for campaigns and launches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product Design, UX, Marketing teams and present concepts.
