Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture is seeking a Brand Designer to shape our visual identity across digital, print, packaging, and in-store experiences. This role is based in Dedham, MA with a hybrid schedule: 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

You will lead concepts, evolve our design system, mentor designers, and collaborate with Marketing, E‑Commerce, and Merchandising to ensure a cohesive brand voice. A Bachelor's in Design and 7+ years of brand experience are expected. The pay range is $100k–$125k per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand or graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and strong execution.
• Experience owning brand-level creative concepts from strategy to production.
• Experience leading a small design team.
• Ability to deliver quality work under tight budgets and timelines.
• Strong design systems, typography, and layout skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; After Effects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate brand and campaign design concepts from strategy briefs.
• Uphold and evolve the design system across channels.
• Design deliverables that fit into one connected campaign.
• Manage, mentor, and provide direction to designers and production artists.
• Review work, give feedback, and approve releases.
• Develop high-value creative work and production-ready assets.
• Collaborate with Photo Studio and Art Director for cohesive visuals.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Media, E‑Commerce, and Merchandising for consistency.
• Build design tools, templates, and standards for the team.
• Serve as a trusted steward of the Jordan’s brand across customer touchpoints.
