Jordan’s is seeking a Brand Designer to shape how our visual identity appears across digital, social, email, print, packaging, and stores. You will lead concept through production, evolve the design system, and mentor a small in‑house team in a fast‑paced New England brand.

You have 7+ years of brand or graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proven ability to own concepts from strategy to final production while delivering under tight timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand or graphic design experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution.
• Experience owning brand‑level or campaign concepts from strategy through final production.

Responsibilities

• Originate brand and campaign design concepts from brief to creative direction.
• Evolve design system, language, and templates for consistency across channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop designers and production artists on the team.
• Review work and provide feedback; give final approval before release.
