HappyRobot is seeking a Brand Designer to elevate our visual language across digital, social, print, and physical assets. This hands-on role emphasizes craftsmanship, speed, and a sharp eye for brand system stewardship in a fast-paced startup.

You will turn briefs into polished, on-brand assets, iterating with a creative eye to improve how HappyRobot presents to the world, while collaborating across a distributed team and leveraging AI design tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing range, polish and consistency across brand and marketing work.
• Deep command of typography, hierarchy, composition and layout.
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to design across social, digital, print and campaign assets.
• Thrives on production volume and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
• Clear, concise communicator and strong collaborator across a distributed team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into a modern design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Marketing Design across digital, social, print, and physical formats with high volume and quality.
• Maintain and evolve the brand system to stay consistent while pushing visuals forward.
• Create visuals that clearly communicate complex AI and enterprise concepts.
• Support social growth with strong, consistent visual storytelling.
• Design presentations for all-hands, fundraising, partnerships and execs.
• Help build and organize the design library, templates, and reusable assets.
• Integrate AI tools into production and ideation to move faster.
