Assort Health is hiring its first Brand Designer to shape how a fast-growing healthcare AI company shows up in the world. You’ll own visual identity, color, typography, and design systems across campaigns, website, product interfaces, and executive communications.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to translate complex healthcare AI into clear, compelling visuals, elevating craft and consistency across every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in visual/brand design with a portfolio showing cross-channel storytelling.
• Track record of building brands from concept to launch.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare AI concepts into visual stories.
• Builder mentality, ambiguity tolerance, and fast-moving environment.
• AI-native approach to design.

Responsibilities

• Shape evolving brand identity and maintain core visual language.
• Bring brand to life across campaigns, website, product, social, print.
• Concept and execute creative work end-to-end across channels.
• Translate healthcare AI concepts into visual stories for launches and collateral.
• Collaborate with Product Design to integrate the brand in the product experience.
• Create scalable, AI-enabled creative systems and templates.
• Direct photography, illustration, motion with external partners.
• Raise design quality through critique and craft.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.
