Job summary

Gensler is seeking a talented Brand Designer for our San Francisco Brand Design team. You will ideate, design, document and implement graphic design, experiential graphics and signage across diverse clients and built environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong 2D/3D design skills, execution from concept to fabrication coordination, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications in graphic design or related field required.
• Excellent design and communication skills across multiple project types.
• Strong ability to visualize ideas in 2D and 3D.

Responsibilities

• Design visual communications, branded environments and experiences, including brand identity extension, environmental graphics, signage, and digital integration.
• Own tasks and deliverables with a wider team to meet client needs on time and within budget.
• Assist the Design Director in developing client relationships, winning new work, and pitches.
• Create visually and verbally compelling design presentations.
• Coordinate with internal design practices including architecture and strategy.
• Collaborate with designers and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with external production partners to ensure delivery excellence.
• Communicate with clients to meet design goals.
• Multitask on multiple projects with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
