Job summary

TEKsystems in Fitchburg, WI is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a full-time contract to join our in-house creative team. You will design print and digital assets, catalogs, brochures, and POS materials while ensuring brand consistency across channels and timely delivery.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, dealer networks and cross‑functional teams; bring concepts to production-ready files and stay current with design trends and AI‑driven tools to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house creative team, agency, or similar environment.
• Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and digital design.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including print collateral, catalogs and brochures, digital assets, and POS displays.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards and visual identity across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into visual solutions.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
• Support campaign launches with timely delivery of creative assets.
• Stay current on design trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
