Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer for a full-time contract role.

You will develop engaging visuals for digital and print, support marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality designs that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and other teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates creativity and quality.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy to design projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams to understand design requirements.
• Work with senior designers to develop effective visual solutions.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure all completed designs meet quality, branding, and formatting standards.
• Maintain consistency across branding and digital communications.
• Prepare and organize final design files for production.
• Maintain organized library of assets, templates, fonts, and source files.
• Manage multiple design projects and prioritize deadlines.
• Assist with development of presentations, promotional materials, and web graphics.
• Stay informed about current design trends and tools.
• Support the team with design research and brainstorming.
