Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment partners with an AI fintech startup to simplify how software businesses handle their finances. We seek a Brand Designer to define the brand across all touchpoints and join as the second designer on a fast-moving team.

You will own the brand system, drive website and launch assets, and directly influence product design with engineers and the founder to bring the vision to life.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of brand, product, or marketing design experience.
• A portfolio showing range across brand, marketing and product work.
• Hands-on front-end skills: build designs in HTML/CSS/TypeScript, not only in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Own the full brand system including visual identity and voice across channels.
• Design and develop website, landing pages, and launch assets.
• Ship product design improvements with engineers on fast turnarounds (TypeScript).
• Collaborate directly with the founder, sharing your point of view.

Are you the designer who doesn’t stop at the mockup and builds what you design?

Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with an AI fintech company on a mission to simplify how software businesses manage their finances. Their platform brings contracts, billing, payments, and accounting together in one place. The product is already live with paying customers, and a public launch is on the horizon in the coming months.

They’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how the company looks, sounds, and feels across every touchpoint. You’ll join as the second designer on a small, high-velocity team, at the moment the brand is being defined.

What You’ll Own

• The full brand system, including visual identity, voice, and consistency across every channel
• Design and development of the website, landing pages, and launch assets
• Product design improvements you ship yourself in TypeScript, working side by side with engineers on fast turnarounds
• A direct working relationship with the founder, where your point of view is expected and valued

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in brand, product, or marketing design
• A portfolio that shows range across brand, marketing, and product work
• Hands-on front-end skills: you build your own designs in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, not just in Figma
• A background at startups or design-forward companies
• Nice to have: fintech experience or familiarity with SvelteKit
• $300K–$350K base for on-site in San Francisco
• $250K–$300K base for remote
