Job summary

Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation focused on making government services simple and effective. The Communications Designer will own Nava's brand, maintain the identity system, and ensure consistent application across external and internal communications channels.

They will be the primary emissary of Nava's brand within the company. As part of the communications team, they will collaborate on digital, print, and social projects that support Nava's brand strategy and business

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems across multiple channels.
• Ability to apply brand consistently across digital, print, and social media.
• Experience supporting internal branding and communications to reflect company values.

Responsibilities

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption internally.
• Manage brand assets including marks, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography.
• Oversee external brand materials (templates, email signatures, social headers, recruiting materials).
• Lead brand strategy work including positioning, audience research, and usage guidelines.
• Contribute to marketing strategy to raise visibility and preference for Nava.
• Provide design support for project work as needed.
• Develop and maintain Nava's internal brand processes.
