Job summary

Nash is seeking a first dedicated Brand Designer to define and scale its visual identity for a fast-growing logistics platform. You will author a brand from zero, shaping identity, motion, photography, typography, and sign-off on all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in brand or product design with shipped work across identity, web, motion, and campaigns.
• Owned a brand or major brand evolution at a high-growth tech company.
• Active daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools.
• Fluent in Figma and Webflow; comfortable with After Effects and Illustrator.
• Systems thinker who holds the whole brand in mind while refining details.
• Strong opinions, clear communication, and fast adaptation when evidence changes.
• Bonus: built a marketing site end-to-end in Webflow and shipped film/motion work.

Responsibilities

• Translate and evolve the Nash brand strategy into a living visual system (identity, motion, photography, typography).
• Design and build the marketing site in Figma and Webflow; own landing pages and campaign pages.
• Bring the Nash visual language to life through site motion, product reveals, social, and events.
• Own visual materials for the demand engine: decks, PDFs, partner assets to close deals.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools to compress idea-to-artifact loops.
• Ensure the final touch is human, authentic, and soulful despite AI prototyping.
• Build installations and real-world experiences that feel tangible and real.
• Teach the team to use AI tools to accelerate craft without losing taste.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship brand expressions in product.
