Job summary

GoTo Foods is seeking a Director of Brand Design to lead the design process for new restaurant locations. You will oversee the design team to deliver innovative concepts that meet Brand criteria and operational standards, while coordinating with Brand marketing, Operations, and external vendors.

You will collaborate with Franchisees, A&E teams, and third-party firms to test fits, finalize layouts, optimize space and budgets, and ensure consistency with Brand identity across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in interior design, architecture, architectural design, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience (restaurant/commercial concept layouts, FFE specs).
• 3 years of managerial experience (preferred).
• 5 years managing national multi-unit design projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design process for new GoTo Foods locations.
• Coordinate with Brand marketing, Operations, Development, Vendors and Franchisees for updates and test fits.
• Collaborate with third-party design/architectural firms to develop final concepts.
• Establish standards, economies of scale and best practices across the Brand Design team.
