Job summary

EDS Strategy LLC is seeking a Demonstration Specialist to educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive brand performance at key retailers. You will travel to stores, set up demos, train staff, and build strong relationships with store teams while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in retail, customer service or sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Regular weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Passion about driving sales for our clients brands.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours.
• Ability to bend, reach, turn and twist.
• Must be able to travel to stores with equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regular weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete demos, in-store visits, merchandising and store training to a high standard.
• Actively engage with customers through education during visits and demos.
• Represent our clients to the highest professional standard.
• Build relationships with stores and retailers in your territory.
• Complete in-depth, tailored online training for all brands you represent.
• Communicate with management team on all issues.
