Job summary

EDS Strategy LLC is seeking a Demonstration Specialist to educate, demonstrate, and sell products at retailers across MA. You will perform in-store demos, engage customers, and help build brand visibility while traveling to assigned stores.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable standing 4–6 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Passionate about brand knowledge and driving sales.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete demos and in-store visits to a high standard.
• Engage with customers through education during visits.
• Represent clients professionally and build store relationships.
• Maintain equipment and perform admin tasks as needed.
• Complete online training for all brands represented.
• Communicate with management promptly on issues.
• Manage time effectively.
• Travel to stores with necessary equipment as needed.
