Craft Agency Ltd is seeking a senior brand designer to lead the company’s visual identity across identity, web, print and events. You will define how the brand shows up in every touchpoint and build the system that scales as the company grows.
You’ll own the site redesign as a living brand expression and set the standards for campaigns, CFO dinners, conference activations, and internal brand processes. The role stays hands-on for the first eight months and requires fluency in Figma and Adobe;
There’s a backlog of campaign ideas sitting ready to go. What’s missing is the person to lead them.
This is an in-house brand role at an AI-native accounting platform. This company has grown from 45 people to roughly 100 this year. What makes this different is the brief itself: apply the level of brand craft you’d expect from a category-defining tech company to accounting software – a category that has almost never been branded with that ambition.
You’ll be the core designer, defining how this company shows up everywhere, across visual identity, messaging, campaigns, print, events and a full website refresh. You’ll lead the redesign of the site as a living brand expression, own creative direction for CFO dinners and conference activations, and build the systems – templates, deck frameworks, social and print standards – that hold quality as the company scales.
This is a player/coach hire. It stays hands-on for at least the first eight months. You’ll establish the internal brand design function, focusing on creating something bold and funky enough to stand out, but trusted enough that CFOs and accountants take it seriously.
You’ve built brand systems, and you understand the difference between a brand guide and a living identity. With design experience at an in-house B2B SaaS, a strong agency, or both, your portfolio spans identity, web, print and events rather than one lane.
A fresh perspective, conviction in your craft and a solid point of view are exactly what we’re after with this one. Fluency in Figma and Adobe is needed, and Webflow is a plus.
