Cella by Randstad Digital in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Brand Creative (Art Director) to shape our Ads brand with a bold, concept-driven approach. This hands-on role leads visual systems and campaigns across materials, events, and partnerships.

Based hybrid in LA, the role collaborates with global teams and reports no direct reports, driving creative strategy, storytelling, and brand consistency. A strong portfolio in B2B branding and executive-level presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience as an Art Director or related role.
• Proven ability to lead visually-driven brand work and campaigns.
• Experience with brand campaigns for B2B and global audiences.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the art direction and visual concepting of the Ads brand across materials, presentations, events, and PR.
• Concept and art direct campaigns and brand moments from idea to final execution with hands-on craft.
• Raise the bar on creative ambition and strong craft for Ads Marketing.
• Partner with Ads Marketing to differentiate presence at major events and develop visual worlds.
