Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Copywriter & Brand Editor to join its in-house creative team in Los Angeles. You will lead editorial efforts, craft homepage and promo copy, and develop CRM messaging to drive engagement and conversions.

The role requires strong writing/editing skills, experience with large retail campaigns, and the ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting and editing in-house or agency.
• Leadership experience reviewing and guiding copy teams.
• Proven ability to craft homepage hero banners, category pages, and promos.
• Extensive CRM copywriting across lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Editorial leadership: review, elevate, and ensure brand voice consistency.
• Concept and write copy for homepages, banners, and promos for ecommerce.
• Develop CRM copy for cross-category campaigns and lifecycle programs.
• Translate briefs into clear messaging across retail categories.
• Collaborate with design, UX, strategy, and legal to align on direction.
• Quality assurance: ensure accuracy and on-brief delivery for launches.
• Support seasonal campaigns during high-volume retail events.
• Stay informed on ecommerce trends to keep messaging relevant.
