Lucky Goat Coffee Co. in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the execution and consistency of the brand across corporate cafés, franchise locations, wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing channels.

This full-time role reports to the VP of Branding and works on the Branding team in a collaborative environment. You will coordinate brand assets, assist with retail merchandising and branded merchandise, manage creative projects with internal teams and vendors, and help ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Branding, or related field preferred
• 1-2+ years of brand coordination, marketing, creative project coordination, retail merchandising, or related experience preferred
• Experience coordinating creative projects, managing assets, and working with internal teams and vendors
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Familiarity with retail merchandising, branded merchandise, or e-commerce platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and consistency of Lucky Goat Coffee brand standards across corporate cafés, franchise locations, wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing channels.
• Coordinate brand asset organization, including logos, templates, photography, graphics, and other approved creative resources.
• Assist with reviewing brand materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established brand standards.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the customer by representing guest feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and championing initiatives that enhance the overall Lucky Goat Coffee experience.
• Develop and maintain brand standards for customer-facing communications across email, phone, social media, review platforms, and digital channels.
• Coordinate Lucky Goat Coffee’s philanthropy initiatives through the Lucky Goat Coffee Gives Back program.
• Support the Brand Merchandise Associate in the development, coordination, and execution of Lucky Goat Coffee retail merchandise and seasonal product capsules for corporate cafés, franchise locations, and special initiatives.
• Oversee product research, vendor communication, samples, pricing, and product information.
• Support inventory tracking, product availability, and merchandise ordering processes as assigned.
• Assist with the execution of brand standards and visual merchandising across corporate and franchise cafés.
• Support café branding projects, including signage, murals, furniture, décor, and other customer-facing brand elements as assigned.
• Assist with pre-open brand preparation, ensuring that required signage, merchandise, and branded materials are organized and delivered on time.
• Maintain brand calendars, project trackers, vendor information, and brand documentation.
• Coordinate vendor communications, quotes, samples, invoices, and purchase orders as needed.
• Support Branding Department financial operations, including expense reporting, invoice processing, budget tracking, and other administrative needs to ensure accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
